Excellent food and service. Veal was superb and the sauce was so good I sopped up every bit of it. Wedding soup was also superb and raised the bar for others to meet. I also recommend the lemon cake for dessert, if you have room. (I took mine home. )
The waitress was really nice and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was really good and cooked just right. The atmosphere is really nice and not really noisy. It's pricey but worth the money to have a nice place to go to have a fancy dinner for a special occasion.
My family has been going to the Allegro for over 25 years and I have only praise for this restaurant. The food is outstanding, the service is impeccable and the owner's and staff are as genuine as they come. If you are going to any of the so called "popular chain" restaurants you are throwing your money away and paying the same price. If you know and appreciate real Italian food, then you need to be coming here. Generations of the Taddei family make you feel as though you are part of the family. Delicious food, beautiful people and delicious wine. It doesn't get any better than that.
I have eaten here before the last time I went, and I remembered it as amazing. Yet a local told me not to go, they said it went downhill. Well, we went anyway - and it was DELICIOUS! Just every bit bit as good as when we went about a year earlier. The place was packed as well on a Friday night. Everything we ordered from appetizers to drinks to dinner and dessert was just perfect. Complimentary mini meatball appetizer with break and olive oil. SO good! Will go again and again when traveling in the area.
What a gem! You need to go to this place if you have not been here. Meals prepared to high standards and delivered with a smile. Good parking.

casee jo is absolutely wonderful. She’s one of those servers who makes your whole experience better from the moment she walks up to the table. She’s attentive without being pushy, friendly without being fake, and genuinely cares that you’re enjoying your meal. Everything we needed, she was already on top of. People like her are the reason you want to come back. She deserves all the recognition — she’s truly amazing at what she does
Cheryl was wonderful as always. Enjoyed the baked shrimp scampi (good amount of crab, hints of butter and lemon, well presented), lasagna (good proportion of noodle to filling), and side of gnocchi (soft-medium texture, wonderful red sauce). Had to settle for the German Riesling, however, as they were out of the less sweet Washington Riesling.
